PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING:

A deposit of £40.00 per unit per week is to be paid at the time of booking and the balance 28 clear days
before the holiday begins. An official acknowledgement will be sent within fourteen days for each deposit. For
touring pitches the deposit is £30.00 per week. If the balance is not received 28 days before the holiday,
the Management reserve the right to re-let the accommodation or pitch.
BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM PARTIES OF YOUNG PEOPLE OR SAME SEX GROUPS

All bookings are from 3:30pm on day of arrival.
All accommodation and touring pitches must be vacated by
10.00am on the day of departure. Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition and all
breakages paid for before departure. Any damage not reported may be charged to the card account
used to make the booking. Cancellation following non arrival: if by 8.00am on the day after the day on
which your holiday is due to start, you have not occupied your accommodation and you have not notified
us that you will be arriving after this time then you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking and
the accommodation will be re-let.

The Management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a booking or to terminate the visit of any person
for whatever reason at their (The Managements) sole discretion. The Management will not make refunds of holiday
fees already receipted under any circumstances covered by this occurrence.

The persons hiring the unit shall be exactly as stated in the Booking Form. Unless permission for alterations
has been given by the Management in writing, the accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the
Booking Form. Bookings are not transferable.

The first-named person on the Booking Form is responsible for the Booking and is over 18 years of age.
He/she warrants that the party consists of a family or part of a family.
No accommodation is available for parties of young people. No more than the maximum number of persons as
stated in the Booking Application shall be permitted to occupy the accommodation booked.
A CHILD OR BABY OF WHATEVER AGE COUNTS AS ONE PERSON.

DOGS/PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN ANY ACCOMMODATION OR ON THE TOURING PARK. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH A DOG OR
A PET YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY.This restriction does not apply to guide dogs.

THE BOOKING IS ACCEPTED ON THE STRICT UNDERSTANDING THAT PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO
DRINK OR BUY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE GOLDEN SANDS CLUB PREMISES. PERSONS SO FOUND DOING WILL IMMEDIATELY
BE EXPELLED FROM THE PARK TOGETHER WITH ALL PERSONS NAMED IN THE BOOKING. YOUNG PEOPLE WHO APPEAR TO
BE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF AGE WHEN ORDERING ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN THE CLUB.
Children are welcome in the Club at all times with an adult, but we are sorry pushchairs, carrycots, etc., cannot be accommodated. Children's car seats are allowed. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the lounge bar, unless consuming a table meal with an adult.

Day passes to the Club and Swimming Pool for guests of holidaymakers staying at Golden Sands are available from
reception at £3 per person per night, at the discretion of the Management. All passes are checked on entry
to the facilities.

CANCELLATION. Unless notice in writing of cancellation of reservation is received by the Management not less than
28 days prior to the commencement of the reservation period, the applicants will be liable for the full amount due
in respect of the reservation. Notice of cancellation must be sent by recorded delivery.
THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RETURNABLE. You are strongly advised to take up our Cancellation Plan (See below)

Modifications and improvements to accommodation, Park facilities and entertainment are being carried out
continuously which may result in changes in the facilities shown in the Brochure. The Management shall not
be liable in respect of their non-availability or otherwise due to circumstances beyond their control.

After a booking has been accepted a charge of £5 is made for alterations of accommodation or dates.
Any request for an alteration must be made in writing and accompanied by the booking fee receipt, together
with the £5, which will be returned to you if the Management are unable to meet your request.
Alterations cannot be made less than 28 days prior to arrival.

LOST PROPERTY. If found, property left on the park will be returned on payment
of a minimum £10 administrative fee, if requested. Lost property not reclaimed within
6 weeks of the holiday will be disposed of.
Any breaking of these conditions may result in your holiday being terminated.
CANCELLATION PLAN
We cannot emphasise too strongly the wisdom of taking up this plan. Please note that no refunds of any kind for whatever reason can be entertained for those who choose not to take advantage of these insurance arrangements.
Our Comprehensive Plan covers the whole of your party up to the day before your holiday commences against cancellation due to:
- Redundancy or jury service of a member of the party.
- Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the party.
- Accident, injury, illness or death of a close relative of a member of the party.
We guarantee to return the FULL AMOUNT of Deposit and Balance paid to Golden Sands Holiday Park under this scheme. Please give as much notice as possible, and provide the appropriate authoritative document in confirmation of your reason of cancellation, i.e. Doctor's note, Death certificate, Redundancy notice under the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1973. Claims outside the specified reasons for cancellation cannot be entertained. All other cancellations subject to Rule 9 of booking conditions.
This insurance plan does not cover pre-existing medical conditions.
